Here within I have attached for you again my earlier letter of November 19, 2004 to the Ministry of Community
and Social Services. I did not copy you on this letter only for you to pass it on to Sandra Pupatello. If you had
noticed, it was copied to Ms. Pupatello, also of whom has paid absolutely no attention to it as well.
Your Government, your Minister's and your position of Premier were not elected so as to ignore the people of
Ontario and the serious mistake you are about to make with regard to my brother Billy's well being. I urge you
read my letter aloud and others you have surely received and then ask yourself why you and Sandra Pupatello
have not met with the families of H.R.C. and the other Centres to discuss this critical issue.
