    Update From Lyz Sayer

Lyz Sayer's comments on today's court hearing - December 13, 2005:

Dec 13 - the judges were very active today with the Crown and appeared to be all over the informed consent issue.
The judges came back after just 15 minutes to state that they granted a continued stay of decision making until 30
days after they come up with a decision. Also, they have reserved a decision on both issues - the statutory right of
the Minister and of the issue of informed consent.  The stay is for all three Centres.
